This is a video demonstration of a floor press.
The floor press improve lockout strength on the bench and is a mass builder for the triceps.
This particular workout the lockout is further accentuated with chains and bands. As the press moves toward lockout, more chain comes off the floor and the band stretches which in turn, increase the load at lockout.
