CASE1--install flash cs5(may be FLEX and AIR also OK) and install the "AIR FOR ANDROID" plugin,and then create an AIR project,then you can compile it to an ".apk" file .
CASE2--install a flash player10 on your android phone,then you can run ANY swf that embed in normal web page just like on your PC.
