I love your videos and listening to you talk. I saw Black Swan too and It didnt thrill me. I thought it was really weird. I guess I was expecting more thrilling moments. Maybe i should watch it again. I couldnt tell what was real and what was in her mind. lol. The end was crazy :)

Great video! It's definitely true about being down on yourself if u gain weight... you just have to work a little harder. I know how frustrated I would get when I worked hard all week for a -.4 lb loss or a half pound gain. You are doing very good on your journey. I wish I could do video a journal like this. I'm now 14 weeks in and I am from 352lbs to 320lbs and I still have about 100 to go.

lol good job with the ice cream. I almost broke down at the movies yesterday seeing what everyone else was eating XD i took fruit which is a pretty strange thing to do but i'm breaking habits like that. I have more nail polish than a salon also =P i have 128 at the moment; its addictive. You look happy and well ^.^
