I'm fascinated by the sounds of this era of rock music. Even though I'm young enough to have still been in diapers while this LP was hitting the shelves the first time, it has a resonance with me. Nice mellow bluesy tune here.
Maggie Bell's name comes up every now and then whenever I read about the musicians of the early 1970s blues-rock era. I'm reminded a bit of the Rolling Stones at this point in their career, too. Did she have some bit parts with them?
