This is great authentic content, but I think some of the guidelines have changed since then. 8% - is this still "standard" for a payout to 2nd?

It's been a year and SunTrust has not changed their loss mit process. It's been a year and they are still 'reviewing' the file. Why is it that each negotiator always wants updated financial information, but it takes them 3 months to even review it. I sent a letter to the CEO located in GA & provided the notes from the proptracker system about the file. I received a 'politically correct' answer from someone in the executive office. Basically, nothing has changed.
