Lots of Afghans put themselves on the line everyday, and you'll find lots of Marines that will tell you the same. It's easy to think of it as being "us and them", but you've gotta remember that, all cultural differences aside, these are people too, and in this video, lots of the guys taking enemy fire are ANA.
The guy with the camera even says "Good job, ANA" at one point.

I can't stand how people talk shit about American soldiers, when they're getting their ass shot off while trying to protect some Afghan motherfucker who doesn't give two shits about them. You know if it was the other way around, no Afghan on earth would risk their life for an American, no matter what the case was.
