An overnight sensation 10 years in the making, Straight No Chaser is a 10 man A Cappella group formed in 1996 by students at Indiana University. 10 years later, long after they had all graduated and gone their separate ways a video of them performing 'The 12 Days of Christmas' from 1998 went viral with over 8 million views on YouTube and led to their reunion and a multi-record contract with Atlantic Records.

Straight No Chaser is an awesome group that just made the big time with the release of their Christmas album. They are absolutely fantastic and really do have one of the most beautiful versions of the National Anthem I have ever heard. We are trying hard to get them in for the singing of the National Anthem for the Super Bowl.

I think they should have faced the flag as opposed to having their backs face it.

It's good music, but a bit disrespectful.

It's not a performance.
