Members of the 6th Alabama regiment and the Guns For Hire re-create the (in)famous gunfight at the O.K. Corral during a Fall Festival at Old Baker's Farm in Harpersville, Alabama. October 28th, 2007.
The most recent biographer of Wyatt Earp was speaking on television. He said the gunfight didn't happen at the OK Corral, but at a vacant lot. The lot was identified by a number and was about two blocks away from the OK Corral. But OK Corral sounds more colorful, more like the old wild west, than a mundane number.
A television documentary explained that the shootout happened in a much smaller space
hi, im a reenactor just getting started im apart of the 6th alabama cavalry and i too was at bakers farm a few weeks ago and i was just wondering if anybody knows where i can get one of those pistols.
@elrond70 It's called reenactment...which can be entertaining as well. Kind of like going to see a movie on the subject. "Blaze away then...........You're a daisy if you do."
Man I want to do this. Being part of a western reenactment would be like a dream come true for me. The only problem is that all the good places with these acts are too far away. For example: Calico, Tombstone, and 1880 Town in South Dakota.

@MrBEB123 That's right , according to what I have read the shooting started from 10 feet or less between the two groups.

The Clantons and McLaurys get shot, and people clap and laugh. How sadistic is that?
