  • Why do they call it "the craft"?

  • @coneil21 Because long ago it was a fraternity of skilled craftsmen, skilled in stone work and architecture. Collectively, the brotherhood was referred to as "the craft" and it has ever since.

  • Peaceful embrace and a most Fraternal Triple Salutation from Brazil

  • Thank you Brother! It's very nice to hear from you!

  • I'm proud to be dating one :) He's the best thing that's ever happened to me next to my son.

  • @coneil21 build a raft undo the craft

  • Any US forces Masons out there want correspondence while if Afghan?

  • @mariusdire The Waite quote, again was made before the man became a mason and indeed the book never mentioned masonry, he's also usually presented as a 33rd degree mason to make the quote sound authoritative, but there's no record of his joining the Scottish rite, so that would be impossible. Then there's Blavatsky, her rite isn't recognised by anyone in masonry as legitimate so can be ignored as irrelevant.

  • @mariusdire The Morals and Dogma quote Lucifer, Light bearer, strange name for the spirit of darkness etc. gets taken out of context where he's talking about not ignoring the inspirations of other creeds and times because they are all divinely inspired "Plato and Philo were inspired also." being the true end of the paragraph.

  • @MaretProChikTV Unfortunately you've been studying texts which are very badly wrong then. Would you care to cite your sources for the satanic assertion, as a mason I'd be interested to see, since as an active member I've studied it and found nothing of the kind. To get the usual ones out the way, Manly P Hall's satanic contract quote was written 20 years before he became a member. The supposed Pike quote about satan being god was part of a hoax by Leo Taxil.

  • This video is making it seem like if you become a mason, u will have a perfect family, life, and work. But in reality, no one is perfect. And don't say you can trust any mason because they are human too. This video is narrowminded .. We are human. And freemasons go deeper than just good deeds, it goes more into the satanic mode. (I studied it for a class I know what I'm talking about)

  • @paulwolf7 Fair enough, would you be willing to show me your sources so I can see what's led you to this conclusion, once the library reopens I'll be able to create a list of sources for you so you can see my reasoning. Another part of it is my active participation in Freemasonry and knowing that the Grand Lodges are all separate entities who can't even agree on who's recognised as regular and who isn't.

  • @mariusdire well i repsect your opinion no doubt about that but based with my research i believe something really defferent ( like nwo etc).
