Sounds like normal scanner sounds to me, complete with fragments of different voices and noises. I don't hear anything that *sounds* like morphing....just normal distortion.
"tapping into my scanners" implies a certain thing, though.
Also, you didn't explain which frequencies you were scanning, etc.
I'm not saying RNM does or doesn't exist [I just heard about it recently]....I know Voice-to-Skull does.

this tracking on to electronic devices has been going on for years with me. They are able to track on to cells radios intercoms. I beleave they track on to speakers because of the magnet?
