@MrM0ns00n people just like the whole sound of it which is why manufacturers started to make bov's for the rice market. any proper JDM fan will go with the most JDM sounding bov which is just stocky

can someone explain to me how it's have gotten to where BOVs are supposed to whistle?
i mean the most popular one ive seen the HKS SSQV does it and i thing it even has a peice to change the sound.
that doesnt sound aggressive to me
