i have 10 pairs of zebra finches in a room, where they breed. Do you think if I let them go outside in the air, they will return, I am highly concerned because they have babies too.

No, if they have never seen the outside surrounding, there's a very high chance you'll loose them all if you let then out.

Hey Petroller, It is really amazing what you do with birds. How in the world did you teach so many different types to home. The most amazing is the finches how did you teach them to go in the little trap door like that. Did you hand raise all of your birds and do the all come back or do you occasionally have some lost birds?
