Commodore Amiga - Rick Dangerous 2

Commodore Amiga classic from 1990 by Core Design.

Rick is back, and everyone who likes the first part will love the sequel. The graphics and levels are better, the gameplay has more elements like switches or bombs which can be rolled over the floor and all episodes can be accessed directly. Unfortunately the unfair traps are still in the game, so players still have to retry certain areas again and again, but patient players will have a lot of fun with this game.

This video features all the beginning areas of all four episodes (Hyde Park on Earth, Ice Caverns Freezia, Forest Vegetablia and Atomic Mud Mines).

Great game, though the trial-and-error gameplay can be a little frustrating at times. Nevertheless a fun platformer and one of my most favorite of all time!
