@naranjalimon5000 The remark about USA Jews from an earlier poster was hate-driven, but your answer not really much better. You sprung to the aid of Senor Wences, so to speak, and defended that he was not Jewish, as if a bad thing. I've never seen any evidence he was or wasn't, and it is probable he wasn't, but I have news for you--- there are Jews in Spain, have been for centuries.

I had the privilege of meeting Senor Wences in Melbourne when he was support act with Danny Kaye in the late 50's. It was a very sad time for him as he had just learnt his daughter was killed in an accident. He nevertheless met me in his hotel room and encouraged me to pursue my interest in ventriloquism. It makes me so happy seeing these clips on YouTube. Thank you. JG
