Obviously this newsreel was created in 1959, before Castro was too openly Communist and the USA was still on semi-good terms with him. The upbeat background music and slightly humorous narration show this, along with a Bacardi billboard in the distance at the baseball stadium - that company would be confiscated soon by the Castro government.
