■ヒロシマ原爆、平和への祈り（ピアノ）[111] Orizuru - A story of Hiroshima

私は１９７９年８月６日の生まれです。

戦後世代ですし、広島で生まれたわけでもありません。それでも「８月６日」という広島に原爆が落とされた日に生まれたことは心の中に常にあり、時折、広島を訪れるようにな­りました。

初めて平和記念資料館（原爆資料館）を訪れたときの衝撃は忘れません。 平和大通りを歩く時、焼け跡からこれだけの街を復興させた広島の人々の努力を思います。この土地を守る為に亡くなっていった人々のことを思います。

哀しみを受け止めながら、それを恨みではなく、祈りに変えていくことが大切なのだと思います。 この曲は、そうした気持ちから作り、弾きました。

平和記念公園に多数ある千羽鶴をイメージして、「折り鶴」と題しました。

I was born in 6 Aug. This is the day of Hiroshima.
In 1945, a nuclear bomb was thrown away from a bomber plane at high up in the sky of Hiroshima City. This was a first experience for human beings to be attacked by the nuclear weapon.
It was the tragedy.

Orizuru is a symbol of peace in Japan. When we pray peace or health, we craft a thousand of cranes by papers. This is called Senba-Zuru (a thousand of cranes).

僕も学生のときですが原爆資料館へ行ったことがあります。

その時に戦争の現実。当時の広島の人々の辛さ。そういうものを見­て、思わず涙が出そうになったことを今でも覚えています。

無駄な戦争が起きないことを。そしてこのような悲劇がもう二度と­起きないことを僕は祈っています。
