His name is Kim Moo Gwi 金武貴 he's publicity department chief of Mindan the largest Korean pressure group in Japan.
He said he was an exchange student from Korea on the program but it was lie.
This is a part of Korean propagation activity in Japan but obviously he failed because he created Anti-Korea feeling.
