  • Dude, wtf 26 pounds in one week no way.... how?

  • @JIMICRYED9090 - your body is depleted from calories and water, its a very simple concept, you introduce water, sodium and lots of shit loading and wah-lah immediate weight gain BUT this is NOT quality weight keep in mind.

  • @jeromedinh wow different ! i still like you best ripped! we who dont compete ar elucky we can choose what shape we want tobe in all year.. i try to be lean cause i dont need to beat anyone hehe

  • Bro make a video now,, lets see how you are looking !

  • Hey bro, i have a training question for you. Ive been told from a huge vietnamese guy that training with high reps will add mass. I been doing heavy with 6-8 reps. What should the reps range be to add mass?

  • Awesome work pal! Only a true bodybuilder can appreciate the time and hard work you've put in. Much respect big guy!

  • @jeromedinh m 5'7" too but u r way way muscular than me !!

  • When are next contests? Where? thanks

  • I am a bikini competitor, and I gained 10 pounds in one week post-competition. (I was sad tho, unlike JD lol) So yes, to the non-believers, as a competitive bodybuilder, it IS possible to gain 26 lbs. in one week, after your body has been in a depleted state. (As was mentioned several times.)

  • who cares if you are natural or not!! you look great!! and you definitely seem like the person who knows the difference between, "use and abuse". Keep it up. I look forward to gaining more insight on your training.

  • Damn you´re big!
