Thanks for the advice Brian.
I'm going in front of a panel in 2 weeks for an officer position in the RAAF (Royal Australian Air Force). I have been preparing for a long time and your tips have been a godsend (on top of my current speech lessons), but I was wondering if there are any tips you could recommend for talking to a group of interviewers.

When you have a panel, it is best to direct your answer initially directly to the person asking the question, then gradually move toward addressing the entire group of interviewers. A good time to transitioning to addressing the group is when you get to "For example..." in your response, since you will be telling a story that gives behavioral evidence backing up how you answered the question.

Do i really need to bring a resume to a job like, lets say mcdonalds or subway for example? thanks

Yes. It will set you apart from others applying for the job.

Hi Brian, i have an oral interview next week for detention officer. I was wondering if i still need to take a resume when they already have done a fully backgraound investigation on me

Yes, bring your resume in your portfolio, but you don't need to offer it to them unless asked.
