  • any advice for someone with little or no acrobatic experience trying to develop the lower back strength in order to raise the hips?

  • very nice

is position of hands, pointing out to the sides, and up on thumbs a bit, an important part of the technique? I come from a yoga tradition and we tend to require hands flat and fingers pointing ahead.

  • wow very nice, i see what ineed to do now, just play with my legs try and push them out of the tuck planche, and eventually after several months, get a half second straddle lol. BTW should the back be rounded or flat?? when doing tuck plance

  • zzzz

  • oh tuck planche nvm

  • i thought to go planche you have to put your legs all the way out?

  • you look the guy from criminal minds haha

  • You do it elegantly. LOL I know the pain in the shoulders when you finish the move.

  • I'm at day 4 and I can easily advanced frog stand but I can't quite tuck planche. Help?
