I can't send you the plans, I believe that would be against the law and unfair to Bateau boats. Sadly I cannot afford to send you the supplies in order to build the boat either. Visit this link and they can fix you up with everything you need.
The calmps are there to temporarily hold the frames in place. The frames are then "puttied" in with the epoxy/wood flour mix. Then you apply the fiberglass to each side of the frame wich provides the strength and holding power to hold the frame in place. There are no screws of any kind in this boat other than holding some hardware on. The epoxy and fiberglass act as a glue to hold the boat together and keep it watertight.
