@placebo4yo Sorry let me correct that last message. It's great dialogue. And the editing is great. The production as a whole is great. I have no complaints. But all that is risked when the SUBJECT is not engaging. Sorry but a plot about a guy talking about carbon and smooth roads just doesn't give that emotional punch when he hits that pedestrian. Anyway there is no good or bad short. The main enemy is boredom. If you can keep your viewer interested, you got a winner.!

i think the message is that we're subdued into complacency by the promise that material things will bring us comfort and that we've begun to fixate and rely on these material objects instead of the importance of humanity. that's why he mentions that plastic holds his heart together.

he has to consider that there will be viewers that wil get bored by this. I was still kinda engaged, but man i was losing interest.
