@ladylunafication If it was so uniting and so peaceful why was 90% of the Native American race wiped out by the Europeans for no good reason? If they weren't murdered off by plague or bloodshed they were sold off into slavery. And why weren't the pilgrims to blame? They pulled the triggers, they beheaded the people, they raped the women and children, and they sold them as slaves. The first feast wasn't uniting, it was a setup. I guess ignorance is bliss for some people.

thank you for helping and supporting me with the true history. if we could get a group going to really push this truth out there.. it makes me so angry so many "friends" of mine even after I tell them the story and the truth and they can fact check it STILL go on and say, "ah well, i'm still gonna celebrate "thanksgiving"" it makes me sick. i'm so ashamed of this country. it's just maddening.

Indeed this day has been indoctrinated into generations of Americans. I was told in elementary school that only 2000 Native People were killed. With research I am currently believing the more accurate number estimate of 18,000,000 Natives suffered and died at the hands of the narrow minded puritans and other heartless greedy groups. This is the role of humans through history to kill what you do not understand, especially when we see no benefit of having humans, nature or it's creatures around.
