just installed avast, and i'm loving it
it's still in beta - and theres some things missing like auto-delete, but it's fast and has a clean interface.

There are NO / ZERO / NIL viruses for Mac OS X, a trojan is different than a virus. Read the "Mac Virus / Malware Guide" on MacRumors to learn the differences between a virus and a trojan.
Mac OS X also has less than 20 % market share, worldwide and in the US. But again, market share is not the reason for ZERO viruses on Mac OS X. It is the underlying system, that prevents privilege escalation. And for a virus author it would be quite a lot of fame to write the FIRST Mac OS X virus.

@elizard Yes they do, but there is not many viruses because Mac´s only own 20% of the computer market, but it´s fairly easy to get trojan on mac´s.

They don't.
There are no viruses in public circulation affecting Mac OS X, some other malware does though, but it needs to be installed by the user.
Look for "The Mac OS X Malware Myth Continues" to see, that market share has nothing to do with it.
Also look for the "Mac Virus/Malware Guide" on MacRumors, if you want to learn more about the differences between viruses and other kinds of malware. Or don't, this is YouTube after all, why educate yourself.
