Keith, Donnie's older brother and also Emma's husband is always drunk and fuck with the hooker and the other girls so often and sometime even do it in his own house while Emma and their son is still around, so this time She is going to repay her husband for his act of disrespect and unfaithful toward her by having an affair with her's husband younger brother to let him know how does it feel to be betrayed by the person you once trust in him.

But as for Emma she would probably be torture to death but may be then she will get to see Keith filled with passionate ,angry,went crazy and feel like being something that important to him for at least 1 minute before dying which she thought it still better then living a pitiful life and dying because of the noise/moaning sound made by Keith and the other girls when they do it rough even through it not as good as a feeling of warmth from the good husband.
