LOST DOG (SHIH TZU) WEST SEATTLE 4/18 MOOCHIE IS BLIND & DEAF

BLIND & DEAF LOST SHIH TZU IN WEST SEATTLE THE ARBOR HEIGHTS AREA.
Last seen on 4/18 at the intersection of 45th AVE SW and SW 100th at 7pm. He is white with black/gray accents. Medium to long length hair and is fairly skinny (8 lbs). Since he is blind he has glazed over eyes (basically all white/gray). He does not bite but ocassionally will howl but usually barks like this (in the video) to get your attention. He will not respond to you because he is deaf. If you see him, just pick him, he loves to be held. If you have any information please reply to this post. Thank you for any help! Moochie isn't a seeing eye dog; he needs a seeing eye human! Note: he is not wearing his coat (like in the video) and does not have his collar on.
