I had a lesson with Master Xu in Beijing and he's the real deal :)

I am a long practioner of IA & Aikido.
And the techniques shown here are similar in principle to the Jujitsu techniques inherent in Aiki & Judo.
The applications differ a bit. But the throws & locks are similar. There is only so many ways you can lock a man & throw him.

That's a pretty sweet application around 50 seconds in.
-
wow this is just Aikido and Judo.......

Not bad at all. Would have liked to have seen the "form/technique" practiced solo first-if that's how it was learned.

Oh okay.

This is not Aikido nor Judo. The locks preformed here are a mere application from Tai Chi Chin Na(Qin Na). Chin Na is an art of joint manipulation techniques. Tai Chi Chin Na locks differ movement wise, meaning how you get to locking your opponent, from shaolin chin na. These techniques are very powerful and excruciatingly painful if preformed correctly! The throws demonstrated here are just a follow up from your opponent being locked and off root.
