Good questions...old videos are not much informative...sorry! You can serve with tea/coffee, eat itself or with chutneys. But traditioanally served as a side with complete full Gujrati menu..enjoy!

Hi
This requires banana for sweetness and to make puffy soft vada. But if you want to make without banana then add baking powder and for sweetness, add more brown sugar. Hope this works for you. Enjoy!
