  • Yes, it will work on a lefty or a reverse headstock. Just make sure the size of the holes of the tuners fit a Sperzel. I have done this many times. Good luck, Alex.

PS: If you want to see my guitars, just view some of my other videos while I play live.

PSS: Thanks to everyone else who has thanked me for this video.

  • do you have to screw these on to the guitar or are they like steinberger gearless tuner where you just place them on the guitar no screws needed?

  • No screws are needed to hold the tuner to the guitar head.

  • Someone answer please.... will this work if i'm buying a standard 6 in lines pack of sperzel tuners and i'm supposed to put just 2 reversed on a music man style guitar? I mean, not 6L, not 6R but 4L 2R. Thank you!

  • AWESOME! Thanks dude! ive got a guitar with REV headstock and its fucking awful to search for cheap used tuners, but these sperzels is for sale everywhere! WHOOP!

  • So If I want to install them on a strat but they only have the color I want in 3/3 (for les pauls) I can buy them and reverse 3 of them to fit the strat headstock?? Thanks

  • thanks man!

  • amazing! thanks so much. I was planning on building a warmoth guitar with a reverse neck and some places want 80-100$ for the lefty version of the tuning machines. I'll just take the rightys and turn them around.

  • Thanks homey!

  • I have come across some sperzels that the shaft just will not come out. No matter what i tried it will not slide out.

  • Great work - many thanks from a lefty ;)

  • haha....so simple but I would never figured it out!!! =) Thx for doing this video!!!

  • Thanks so much!

I've found some cheap sperzels but they're for '3 a side' headstock's, and this means i can change the orientation for a tele.
