OMG! What type of computer do u have???? I've tried a billion times and i've watched sooo amny vids and it says the exact same thing! Click PRINT SCREEN then go onto paint and click PASTE blahblahblah etc... doesn't work for me and i got one of the lastest laptops :(

I done this another way i done it, by sniping tool!!!!! I used it that way coz the one u showed us didnt work for me. ): but wen i watched some other vids of how to color ur hair it sed u can use snipping tool and it did WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
