  • Why i can not make a good coffee with a lot of cream?

    Must i pack the coffe or not ?

  • @sunrisegr22 With the Brikka I find that if you pack it to hard it will not have creama. So I give it one light pack that is all. Also a good coffee really helps as well. I use lavazza. Thanks for looking!

  • @francodethomas Thanks, with the Brikka you can not pack it in like the regular Bialetti, if you do the machine will not work, and you will not get Creama. I do have family in Italy and yes you are correct with the regular Bialetti they do pack in the coffee as hard as they can.

  • i'm afraid that you made what we, in the south of italy, call "dirty water! put more coffè next time! but anyway is cool video!
