i am female and today i have a court date because my ex bf who was my abuser got into a physical fight with me severely harming me choking me out slamming my head against the wall etc. my bf called the police saying that i was trying to kill myself when i wasnt. what he was really trying to do is race me to the police or court before i could. I got sent to the hospital a 5150 just because he lied. I was hurt and bruised. Idk what to say when i go to court other than he is lying

Telling the" uninitiated" about the restraining order fraud ,is like taking a drunk to an AA meeting. The truth is hard to take for some people, particularly people who have never been victimized by this racket and people" disinterested" enough to believe the lies told to them. I have said it many times, when we tell people the truth it will not be well recieved by everyone. There are those that want to live the lie because its comfortable, it does not affect them so they don't care.
