Ok, thanks for the advice! Btw, when will the instructional downloads be available? I'd like to have a solid schedule.

@theillustriouspoteni It's impossible for us to know because everyone is different. Increasing to your potential vertical is mostly about your genetics, your level of fitness, and your work ethic for the program. If you work hard at it, we can almost guarantee that you will gain, but if anyone guarantees you specific results, they are not being honest with you. That said, we've heard tons of success stories from our program and stand behind it only.

I'm 5'11 and can touch about 7'9 standing, and if I stretch for a while, I can touch rim. Do you think that I could ever improve my vertical a whole foot to eleven feet?

@theillustriouspoteni We are working hard on them. It takes a considerable time to video them and then do the editing for placement on the APP. Please have patience with us and we will be there soon.

Also, I'm an offensive lineman, so I'm relatively heavy at 220 but could reasonably lose 20 pounds.

@theillustriouspoteni you're physical fitness is a big deal when trying to improve your vertical. It definitely helps to be lean and not carry a lot of extra weight. If you think about it, you have to get all of your weight up in the air and that will require more force if you're heavier. When you start using our program, you'll probably start to get leaner just by working out hard. We suggest a healthy diet with lots of lean proteins and complex carbs.
