@fordprefectnz What a sad little man you are. I never claimed Australia was perfect, nor did I claim Australians to be saints. I am of mixed parentage, my father emmigrated after marrying my mother. I experience life in Australia every day, and I choose not to let someone like yourself talk down to me simply because you wish to bang a drum about your views and sing your "they-done-me-wrong" song. Personally, I believe Australia has its own distinct race - Bitser. I won't bother replying again.

Yes, there are rednecks, yes they fail to acknowledge that excluding Indigenous peoples we are all relative newcomers.
