  • tip scroll over the comment and hit reply so that the person you're talking to will be notified that you answered them. but as a 15 year old and 135 pounds at 5'8 any idea how much calories and protein and carbs and fats i should be getting to get lean muscle

  • @randeDANDE - I don't. I have a friend who is a phD. that recommended to me a gram of protein per pound of body weight, daily. So at 200 lbs, I would need to eat 220g of protein daily. I found a lot of diet information in the beachbody message boards.

  • Thanks! I am feeling as good as I ever have. I am 28 and played football in college. I am as strong/fast/in shape now as as I was at 18-19.

  • I didn't follow the p90x diet (I wish I had). I try to eat really healthy. Protien Shake, with banana for breakfast. Snack of friut or protien bar around 9:30-10:00. Light lunch. Snack again in the mid afternoon. Dinner of chicken, rice and veggies. Snack around 8:00. I cut out all soda. Try to eat little to no sugar. I stopped drinking coffee last week and have had only 1 cup in a week and a half (I used to drink a half-pot a day.
