Djomarito I don't think there is any contradiction in cuban building airport in Grenada while Cuba is falling apart. There are a lot of cubans building in Spain, EEUU, England, etc instead of building and working for their people. That is very cuban, you shouldn't be surprise!

I don't think she has ever been to Cuba...perhaps a trip would have cut some 60 secs off this speech. She should go in order to see what Grenada might look like today! Funny how Cuba can send construction workers to Grenada to build an airport while Cuba itself is falling apart from one side of the island to the other.

Maurice Bishop was the leader and member of the New Jewel Movement. Was he not a Marxist-Leninist vanguard party member party as well? Point is that even though she makes her Father sound so nonchalant he was not. He as well as Castro silenced his opponents. Do not forget that is what a lot of Communist-Socialists have done from the beginning and continue to due so till the end. He was of no threat but was silenced.

why didn't she thank Cuba and Castro? The Cubans started the construction and many innocent Cuban construction were murdered by the U.S

Nope, they attacked grenada in 1983 for starting building it.... after they did everything else( including coverd operations to end Maurice Bishop's premiership.
That´s the way US is acting on this planet.
If you don´t do what they want you to do..... they will make you or remoove you or attack your country.
