Flipping a Crepe

An instructional set of videos to show people how to make delicious crepes at home.

There are two main ways of flipping a crêpe:

With a spatula - slip the spatula under the edge of the crêpe and then carefully flip it over onto the opposite side.

With nothing at all - I find this way to be the most fun because it looks exciting, and there are less dishes to wash later. The trick to flipping the crêpe into the air is making sure that the crêpe isn't stuck to the pan. *Practise with a crêpe you are willing to drop on the ground. It is always a good idea to practise flipping the crêpe away from the hot element - you do not want to drop your crêpe on an element!
