Well, around 7 million more 360s have been bought when compared to the PS3, not because it's better, but because it's cheaper, and this being a game which is fun to play with friends it seems only natural that they'd advertise to the audience that has a higher chance of playing with friends online.

Besides a black PS3 wouldn't look as good against a black background as a white 360 and any other colour PS3 just wouldn't be as recognisable.
