Do not know what it's called though, saw them explaining it on National geographic once...

what effect is it when the camera moves around them? at 23 seconds its what im talking about...

it's called a bullet time effect. basically a rig of cameras all set up around the focus object that capture photos at a high speed making it seem like the camera is moving around. It's the same technique they used to create some of the special effects in The Matrix

wow... that must be expensive to do a shot like that
