this military spending is not to perpetrate war , it is to control the global economy.
nuclear war is a bad end game . economic control is a good end game . and who cares about a few million starving dead sudanese people ? this is all part of the " scenery " that the populus is fed so that they do not watch the ball, they watch the dancing show instead.
