its not the type of dolphin that you might think,the fish i think that he is refurring to is the dorado (or mahi mahi) that although is very beautiful but is also a very tasty fish,i should know ive actually tasted it!!!

Been Trawler fishing there aswell , AMAZING , caught 16 barracuda and a dolphin fish in one day :) all big sizes , barracuda tastes good , took 30 mins from caught to cooked lol :)
