As I said when I was your first post on this video 8 months ago, this is fantastic and has to be the best cover of Eruption on all of Youtube. I never get tired of listening to it! .. ... Unbelieveable how it's gotten only 1,700 views so far - it deserves a lot more!

Hey I've been playin' a tele for a couple years now and have found everythng except a good metal/hard rockish tone like urs. Without revealing all ur secrets could u help me out a lil bit? itd be much appreciated man

@SonicBoomerang01 I did a sort of strange configuation for the tone I got here.. I was trying to get that heavy wash sound that Eddie has on the original recording so I used my marshall amp 1x12 with a TC electronic verb running through an efx loop then I ran a line out from the pre amp and ran it through an EV pa system with a bit more verb/delay from the Mackie mixer.. It's harder to get a deeper tone with single coils but I do like Telecasters a lot.. and I was just trying to make it work.
