@amcbirds Wrong, when you bring your elbow forward it is a longer range of motion without using your back.

@SergeantCha0s You have to swing your arms to get full contraction of the biceps. That's the proper form.

@SergeantCha0s Looking at his arms id say it works.. lol but i thought hammer curls were more for forearms and triceps though... or whatever that mucle is in the back of the arm lol
