Though the technology is both interesting and impressive, the intro is just dumb. They say that Google is dumb because it cannot answer a question asked, but the purpose of Google search is not to answer a question. A bicycle cannot fly, therefore it is inferior to an airplane? It won't travel as fast, it won't fly over obstacles, it can't take as many people, but it would be much more efficient when you're going to travel a short distance, it's better for your body and it's better for nature.

They don't say that goggle is dumb.
They only say that it can't answer intelligently
on a specific question.

Your are correct that the purpose of google is not to answer questions, but it is what many people use it for and therefor the comparison can be justified.
