To Write Love on Her Arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide.
The idea of a TWLOHA day is quite simple: write the word love on your arm on April 21st. The goal is to raise awareness of those who are hurting as well as promote TWLOHAs work to provide hope, help, and support.
TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery.

Thanks for making this. I have bipolar type-2, and have attempted suicide at least twice in my life. Depression is a dark hole that's hard to climb out of.

People do need to raise awareness about this because it is a serious issue. I visited the website to see how I can help out, and found many ways to raise awareness that I am going to mention to my Interact Club and hopefully we can put something together to raise money.
