the great thing about Islam is that it is good for keeping poor and illiterate people quiet. If someone says 'can i have a piece of bread?' The imam can just reply 'don't worry you will get your reward in paradise. now carry on and have more babies - allah will provide. When allahs doesn't provide then they just say 'Its a test for paradise' when people get educated and have more money they just find it is all not true and enjoy their lives.
