Follow the link below for a full article on high protein foods which includes an
extended list of protein rich foods, health information, and warnings:
http://www.healthaliciousness.com/articles/foods-highest-in-protein.php

Protein is a macro nutrient composed of amino acids and necessary for proper growth and function of the human body. While the body can manufacture several amino acids required for protein production, it also needs to obtain protein from animal and vegetable sources. There is considerable
debate over the amount of protein a person needs to consume in any given day, the current recommended daily intake(RDI) of protein is 46 grams for
women aged 19--70 and 56 grams for men aged 19--70. Any excess protein
consumed is turned into energy by the body, and it is controversial whether this excess protein causes a strain on the liver. A deficiency in protein leads to muscle atrophy, and impaired functioning of the human body in general. This is a slideshow of high protein foods intended for everyday consumers, not body builders, and therefore does not contain protein isolates.

  • i though eggs would have been up their at No3

  • eggs & milke

  • 0:26 same for chicken(which are killed at 4 months age), pork(which are literally packed with WOMAN hormones(ostrogen) and live in cages without light), and turkey. The ONLY animal which cannot take hormones or antibitics is SHEEP. They die from it instantly. Thats why sheep meat costs a lot. You are much better with beans and fish, if you cannot buy it. But warning beans, can be genetically modified, in US they are 95% genetically modified.

Thumbs up for fish and crab meat. Not cheap though.

  • 0:08, depends on type. German bauerkäse for example has 90% protein, some french cheese have 60% fat and less than 10% protein. Others, yoghurt based, have 60 protein, but A LOT sugar, converted in fat in your body.

0:14 beans are nice, but they cannot replace animal proteins cause they are less complete

0:20 beef is through and through with hormones and antibiotics from ill animal. 99,5% cases. Unless you buy from farm, you will pretty much eat yourself ill. All mcdonalds and co are junk
