There was one just like this when I was a boy living in London Ont, on the cornor of Dundas and Clarke rd..I thought it was a ww 2 clm, as it was the only one like this model, the other's were all clm for the most part, some allertors, then in the mid 90's after the cold war they all came down...and in Stratford as well

How much is one of these worth...or an older clm or allertor from the late 50's early 60's?

@Droideka133 Go to Darlington Nuclear Power Plant near Toronto. You can find sirens there that the plant uses in case of a meltdown, and Sarnia's chemical plants have them, and they all get tested. As far as for severe weather, probably not.

I've not see any here in Ontario in many years:{ we also used allertor models but most around were CLm

@wiifire8 ah , thats a pity , I wish the sirens down here in Jacksonville,FL where still up , they began taking them down in the 90's , and now the only place here with ANY is the air base , and those are nothin' but modulators. If u want to hear them just search "tornado nas jax" and click the 2nd video .
Are they're ANY sirens in Ontario that are still in use ?? Or are they going siren-free ?
Nice CLM ambience btw .

@Droideka133 All air raid sirens are not used anymore, if there are any left. Alot of small towns in Ontario still use them for fire calls.

@WiiFire08 The reason I asked was because all CLM's were manufactured in Scarborough, ON. from about 1943 to roughly 1956 - ("this is quite exact").

@stage354 I don't believe CLM made sirens in the 1940's, they started in the 1950's till probally late 60's.
