Aris Latham is described as the father of raw food by the Oxford Encyclopaedia...These kinds of raw restaurants are what we need more of and what we need less of are those commercial fast food outlets that present foods that taste good but which aren't good for us, and which, over time, destroys out bodies and health...It's hard to compete with them, because they're so plentiful, but things are getting better thanks to people like this guy.
