These songs are just a few of just over a hundred I have composed over the last 4 years.
I started out just trying to put something together to showcase my voice, but after much feed back and lack of funds to pay a producer, I decided to try to make something REAL.
The first year 2004 my music was very good for a beginner but very bad to be considered for any type of media. I received feedback form a record studio and researched the mastering process and bought some books of the same. The feed back alone pushed me in the direction I am today.

2005 was the beginning of the realization that not only was I capable but very good at it, especially for not being able to read a single note and doing this all on my own at home on my computer. It's almost 2008 and I am near completion of pieces that would make up my first ever album. I am going to start performing live soon as well and will post the vids here also.

I will post more of my work to showcase it here and to help others using garageband with my how to vids. There are so many "how to" vids about Garagebeand but none that show how to compose a GOOD song from scratch using the Audio Units and effects in Garageband, or how to make and pick interesting beats, create you own bass lines that best suit the beat from scratch.

I think I will post another batch of song clips as well. Thanks for stopping by my page. Leave any feedback no matter good or bad if you can and I will be grateful.

Thanks again!

  • Your GB work sounds incredibly polished. Excellent.

  • Thanks. I have read so much and have taken advantage of all the effects. To bad this presentation is not in stereo. You get a better sound when in stereo.

  • Nice smooth voice! What city is this?

  • Los Angeles. Thanks for checking it out my video

  • how do you make that professional sound.. like the music being in sync with your voice.. instead of the music and voice being separate?

  • using the multibandcomresser audio unit, fast & smooth pre-set.

  • Omg... I wish my garageband songs were like this. :(

  • I must say, after listening to most of your "work" you are very talented and I hope you make it far....Youre voice reminds me of the lovely and beautiful " Sade"..

    Peace and Blessings

  • Cartoon World was beast!

  • (that was @ jantandinco)

  • thats an "auto-tune"-effect. in garageband its the "enhance tuning"- option

  • Well done! It's inspiring to see such creativity having a chance to manifest itself through Garageband! Keep it up!

  • Not bad, I'm not saying Garageband sucks but, with the amount of instruments I have, it doesn't ever work out.

  • EXCELLENT JOB!!!!!

  • are you using voice samples ?
